Documents to request
- Cable entry and diameter drawing
- Tray and splice-capacity schedule
- Sealing and installation instructions
- Applicable environmental test evidence
Ask which documents are available for the exact proposed model. Certification, test reports and OEM options are confirmed individually.
Make the quotation useful
List closures, fitted trays, cable-entry seals, mounting kits and splice protectors as separate line items where appropriate.
Include destination country/port, requested date and quantity. Request itemized MOQ, lead time, payment terms and the required EXW, FOB or CIF basis. Freight and any local availability must be confirmed in the offer.
