Aerial installation hardware
Specify aerial hardware against the cable and pole design. Anchoring clamps, suspension fittings, brackets and stainless-steel banding perform different jobs and should not share an ambiguous quotation line.

| Pole attachment | Provide pole dimensions, bracket arrangement and the installation method. |
| Banding | Specify stainless-steel band width, thickness, roll length, buckle type and pack quantities. |
| Mechanical requirements | Provide load and environmental requirements for verification against the selected fitting. |
Compatibility check
Choose hardware by function and cable compatibility. A low-price suspension hook is not automatically a substitute for a dead-end anchoring clamp. OPGW fittings require their own engineering review.

- Applicable mechanical/material evidence
- Pack quantities and complete mounting kit list
Ask which documents are available for the exact proposed model. Certification, test reports and OEM options are confirmed individually.
Make the quotation useful
Separate clamps, brackets, banding rolls and buckle packs. Record whether quantities refer to pieces, rolls, sets or packs.
Include destination country/port, requested date and quantity. Request itemized MOQ, lead time, payment terms and the required EXW, FOB or CIF basis. Freight and any local availability must be confirmed in the offer.
